returns

returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the item delivery date, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship your return. to submit a return, email me at becki@beckiho.com with the subject "Return" and include in the email the reason for the return. items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (10% of the item cost).
• items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
• the customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

damages and issues
if you received the wrong item or defective merchandise I would be happy to fix it for you! please email pictures of the damage to becki@beckiho.com.

exchanges
if you decide another size or product would be a better fit, the best way to perform an exchange is to return the item you have, wait for the return to be accepted, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. if the size you need is out of stock, contact me! since I am a small business my stock is limited and I may have to place an order for the new size. however, I am happy to work with you to get you the right item as fast as possible!

refunds
once I've received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. a 10% restocking fee will be taken out of all refunds.
